Sefton Improved Liveability Villas
Sefton, NSW
Sefton, NSW (South West Sydney)
This High Physical Support home in Sefton is shared by four people, with one staff member on site supporting everyone who lives here.
It was built new in 2024, with accessibility designed in from the start rather than added on afterwards. There is level flooring throughout, a long step-free hallway wide enough to move through comfortably, and accessible bathrooms with roll-in showers and grab rails. The kitchen is built to be used from a wheelchair, with clear space under the sink, an oven at an accessible height and a pull-out corner pantry.
The living and dining room is shared, and opens straight off the main hallway.
Sefton is a quiet, established suburb in south-west Sydney, close to the railway station, local shops and Chester Hill Shopping Village. Support on site is delivered by Supporting Disabilities Australia.
Private walkthroughs by appointment. Support coordinators, occupational therapists, SIL providers and families are all welcome to enquire.
