Sefton Robust SDA Villa
Sefton, NSW
South Penrith, NSW (Western Sydney)
One villa available in a group of five, each home to a single resident.
This is a self-contained High Physical Support villa in South Penrith, one of five on a single site. Each villa is a separate home with its own front door, its own kitchen and living space, and its own private courtyard.
That matters, because it is a different proposition to a shared group home. You are not sharing a kitchen, a bathroom or a lounge room with other residents, and you are not sharing a roster. You have your own place, with neighbours who understand, and support close by on the same site.
This villa sits on the upper level and is reached by a lift, so the whole home is on one level once you are inside, with no steps and no transfers to manage on the way in.
The villa is purpose-built to the NDIS High Physical Support design standard. Each home in the group is separated by a 90/90/90 fire-rated wall and ceiling system, certified at completion. The courtyard opens off the living area with a level threshold and its own drainage, so getting outside is not a production.
South Penrith puts most of what you need within a short drive: Nepean Hospital and its allied health services, Penrith CBD and Westfield Penrith, and Penrith station on the Blue Mountains line.
Support on site is delivered by Dynamic Support Services.
SDA rent is determined by the NDIS and is based on the participant's individual funding package. The rent amount is calculated according to NDIS SDA pricing arrangements and is paid directly through the participant's NDIS plan.
Participants typically contribute a reasonable rent contribution, which is usually 25% of their Disability Support Pension plus any Commonwealth Rent Assistance they receive.
