Sefton Robust SDA Villa
Sefton, NSW
Sefton, NSW (South West Sydney)
Two self-contained villas available, each home to one resident.
These are two Improved Liveability SDA villas on a single site in Sefton, south-west Sydney. Each is a complete home of its own: your own front door, your own kitchen, your own bathroom and your own private yard. You are not sharing a kitchen or a bathroom with anyone.
Both villas are single storey with level, step-free access, and bathrooms fitted with grab rails and contrast fittings.
One of the two villas has its own dedicated overnight assistance room, so support staff have their own space on site. The other does not, which suits a participant whose supports come in during the day rather than staying overnight. We are happy to talk through which of the two fits better.
Split system heating and cooling, and a private grassed yard.
Both are NDIS enrolled Improved Liveability dwellings, suited to a participant with Improved Liveability SDA funding who wants to live independently with support close at hand.
Sefton sits close to the railway station, local shops and medical services, with Bankstown a short drive away.
Private walkthroughs by appointment. Support coordinators, occupational therapists, SIL providers and families are all welcome to enquire.
SDA rent is determined by the NDIS and is based on the participant's individual funding package. The rent amount is calculated according to NDIS SDA pricing arrangements and is paid directly through the participant's NDIS plan.
Participants typically contribute a reasonable rent contribution, which is usually 25% of their Disability Support Pension plus any Commonwealth Rent Assistance they receive.
